For only $45 each week, you will get two 45 minute one-one-one Personal Training sessions.
That works out at less than $20 per hour, yet we can guarantee that using our training methods we can achieve your goals safely and much faster than you might have expected.
But nothing happens overnight or without hard work, so we will consult with you to make sure that the programme and timetable we agree upon will fit in with your lifestyle and other commitments. We believe your health and fitness is an important part of your life.
We are based at Sutherland, in “The Shire” in Southern Sydney.
We conduct our consultations in our offices or at your home.
We train in gyms, parks and beaches in The Sutherland Shire and St George regions.
We have full public liability insurance as specified by councils and only engage qualified instructors to train and mentor you.

Meet The Team
Edward has been a personal trainer for 15 years.
He has successfully trained clients in all groups and has particular success with targeted weight loss programmes and assisting with formal motivation and support structures to assist his clients.
